Green Card Sponsorship Program

ATC Travelers has sponsored Green Card and other nonimmigrant visa applications for over 18 years. On-site immigration specialists monitor the complicated U.S. immigration laws and procedures; they also provide support and guidance to those we sponsor; and they act as liaison between the nurses we sponsor, the client employers we serve and the attorneys who process our applications.

ATC Travelers requires its sponsored nurses to agree to commit to our employment for two years. We will cover all costs associated with the green card process including attorney fees. If you have depends, we can cover their costs as well for an additional 1 year commitment to work for our company.
